Papi45 services are available only to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. papi45 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts found to belong to underage users.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on papi45. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's identity, or registering an account on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and their balances.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, including their full name as shown on their ID, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number. Inaccurate information may cause delays in verification and withdrawal processing.
Before making your first withdrawal, every user must complete the Identity Verification (Know Your Customer/KYC) process. This process is designed to protect the security of your account and ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

The papi45 verification team will process KYC documents within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours. Once KYC is approved, the verification is permanent—you do not need to repeat it for subsequent withdrawals unless there is a significant change in your data.

All financial transactions must originate from and be directed to an account registered under the same name as the papi45 account holder. papi45 reserves the right to reject and return deposits from sources that cannot be verified.
Users may submit a withdrawal at any time as long as the balance meets the minimum withdrawal limit and all KYC requirements have been fulfilled. The withdrawal process at papi45 runs automatically 24 hours a day, independent of business hours.
Papi45 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above a certain amount or in situations deemed to require further review. This additional verification process is typically completed within 1–24 hours, and users will be contacted via customer support if needed.

All bonuses offered by papi45—including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards—are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirements for each bonus type are listed on the relevant promotions page.
Each promotion can be claimed only once per user (per ID/identity). Attempting to claim the same bonus using duplicate accounts or different identities constitutes promotion abuse and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
Papi45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time with reasonable notice. In cases where promotion abuse is detected, papi45 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings obtained through such means without prior notice.
All games available on papi45 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. The result of each game round is final and cannot be altered once the round is complete.
Once a bet is confirmed and a round begins, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, papi45 will resolve or void the bet based on server data and provide fair compensation to affected users.
Papi45 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game. These limits may vary based on game type, membership level, and operational conditions. Users who consistently exploit betting imbalances or employ strategies that are detrimental to the system may be subject to additional restrictions.
In the event of a technical disruption on papi45's side that affects game outcomes, papi45 will review server logs and take fair action—including cancelling affected bets and refunding the amounts to the user's account balance. Claims related to technical disruptions must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident via CS.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, transaction PIN, and two-factor authentication code. papi45 will never ask for your password or PIN through any communication channel—including CS, email, or the app.
All activity that occurs through your account before you report unauthorized access to papi45 is the account owner's responsibility. papi45 is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential.
Papi45 reserves the right to take action against accounts proven or strongly suspected of violating these terms. Actions that may be taken include warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, and permanent account closure.
For violations classified as serious, papi45 reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold the entire balance—including the original deposit balance—if evidence of deliberate fraud or abuse is found. This decision is final and cannot be contested through the standard account recovery process.
Papi45 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Papi45 provides its Services "as is." We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times without interruption. papi45 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, connectivity issues on the user's end, or betting decisions made by the user.
